The Sun has entered Cancer. This marks the Summer Solstice: the ingress of the Sun in Cancer. The longest day of the year (here on the northern hemisphere). And for me, this also marks the time to take a break.
This Cancer season I’m taking some time off.
I first published an article on my website in February 2020. Since then I’ve been publishing articles for every lunation, twice a month. I’ve written horoscopes almost every month. In the past year and a half I’ve shared my insights on pretty much all major transits on my Instagram account, almost daily. Behind the scenes I’ve done much more work on my business than people probably suspect. I’ve studied a lot too.
I’m in high need for relaxation. But also… I have a deadline end of July for a paper that I’m working on for an international academic journal. I also need to move houses at end of July. I still need to deal with the passings of my father and grandmother. I have a side job that I need to do some stuff for (but hopefully I can take a short break from that too, soon). Too much repetition of the word ‘need’….
I’m going out of office… To give myself the time to deal with all other stuff. I’m juggling too many balls here. I’m simply not able to write inspiring articles at the moment and I’m not able to take on new clients at the moment. After dealing with all those ‘need to do’s, I will take some time for relaxation.
I don’t have an exact date when I’ll be back. My calendar is closed for new clients (clients that have already scheduled sessions with me don’t need to worry, those sessions will continue; the Book Club will also continue).
I won’t be posting articles and/or horoscopes. I’m also taking a break from posting on Instagram.
The zodiacal sign Cancer is ruled by the Moon. The Moon is the Mother. Cancer always makes me think of the Womb. This Cancer season I’m trying to be a good mother for myself (closing the office is not easy for me to do). I hope I inspire you to do the same. Care for yourself. Feed yourself. Love yourself. And have a beautiful Summer!
