Full Moon in Cancer – and an elaborate forecast for the start of 2021

The Full Moon in Cancer arrives on December 29th 10.28 pm ET / December 30th 4.28 am CET. The Full Moon will be at 8 degrees Cancer. 

This is the first time in three years that the Full Moon in Cancer isn’t opposed by Saturn. Saturn entered Capricorn in December 2017. Saturn left Capricorn and moved into Aquarius earlier this month. Thus, this is the first Full Moon in Cancer in three years that isn’t opposed by Saturn. Which is really nice! Also; eclipse season is finished and this is the first Full Moon in a while that isn’t shadowed. Which is really nice too!

New Moon in Cancer – Horoscope Affirmations

The second New Moon in Cancer of 2020. It’s rare that a sign gets two New Moons in one year. I think it’s lovely that Cancer get’s two New Moons this year. First of all, the Moon is the ruler of Cancer. She’s at home in this sign. Second, the previous New Moon in Cancer was a Solar eclipse. So it’s nice to also have a regular New Moon in Cancer.

The New Moon arrives on July 20th 7.33 pm CEST and will be at 28 degrees Cancer. Even though it’s a regular New Moon, it’s not necessarily a gentle one. The Moon is opposite of ‘everything 2020 shit in Capricorn’ (read Saturn, Pluto, Jupiter and Pallas Athena retrograde in Capricorn). The New Moon is also squared by sign by Mars in Aries. Which means the Goddess has some cosmic energies to digest.
